At room temperature, theelectron mobilityof graphene is up to 15000 cm2 / V • s, about 100 times that of silicon, the highest among all current materials. Graphene is a prospective material in manufacture of transistors working at frequency of terahertz (1THz = 1000GHz).

APPLICATIONS

It can be used in manufacture of transistor, especially RF transistors, used in communications, radar and other fields.
