1.Monolayer and continuous WSe2 film is epitaxial deposited on sapphire substrate, and then transferred onto SiO2/Si substrate.
2.Substrate: 285nm SiO2/Si. Other substrates are available upon requests, such as 100nm SiO2/Si.
