Monolayer Triangle WS2 Flakes on SiO2/Si
1. The isolated triangle WS2 flakes are epitaxially grown on Sapphire and then transferred onto SiO2/Si substrate. Sizes of the flakes are about 50~150 micrometers.
2.Substrate: 285nm SiO2/Si. Other substrates are available upon requests, such as 100nm SiO2/Si.
3.We can transfer the WS2 onto PEN, PDMS and other flexible substrates upon requests. For more details, please contact: email@example.com
