How to place an order for customized products?
Step1: Email "sales@6carbon.com" telling us the products you need. For customized products, our engineers will confirm the specifications with you within 24hours.
Step2: An electronic invoice with payment link will be sent via Paypal. So you can pay with your Paypal account,or credit card. If you want to pay via wire transfer, please contact us for bank information.
Step3: Products will be prepared within 2 business days. For customized ones, it might take 1~2 more days.
Step4: Products delivery. We normally use DHL, UPS, Fedex, Shunfeng Express depending on the destinations. And it generally takes 3-7 days before you can receive the products.
